Paul R. Shivers, PE, is a Project Manager responsible for planning, designing, and permitting water and wastewater facilities, collection and distribution systems. Paul also manages residential and commercial site development projects and has a detailed understanding of NC coastal development, CAMA, stormwater, erosion control, and wetland regulations. With 16 years of civil engineering experience, Paul has the technical and management background to consistently help our clients reach their project goals. Paul is a PENC Past President and has recently accepted the role as the PENC Executive Committee Director at Large. He is also an active member of the NC AWWA-WEA.

 

Paul is currently leading a volunteer team in the first survey of the Civil War fortification Fort Anderson in nearly 150 years. Due to their work on this project, the Office of State Archeology and the Town of Carolina Beach have tapped Paul’s team to soon help survey the remains of further Civil War earthworks.
